How can I add a portal comment from my calendar?

Here's how to add a portal comment from your calendar to be displayed in the patient/client portal. 

1. Click on "Edit event" from the "Calendar Event" screen. 

2. Add your comment under the "Comment" section and check the "Display in portal" box.

3. This is how it will display for the patient/client. 

4. To enable a comment box as a default for all appointments, go to the "Settings" section of your calendar. 

5. Scroll down to the "Defaults" section and check the "Display appointment comments in portal" box. Click "Save" to save your changes.
