How to administer a rating scale?

Here's how to administer a rating scale in Luminello. 

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''Chart dashboard'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

2. Go to the "I want to..." drop-down. 

3. Click on "Administer" and choose "Rating scale." 

4. Choose the rating scale you want to administer to the patient/client from the drop-down.

5. The patient/client can click on "Submit" once done, and the completed rating scale will be added to the chart's "All Entries" section.
