How can I add family members/parents/caregivers to a patient's/client's chart?

Here's how to add family members/parents/caregivers to a patient's/clients' chart in Luminello. 

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View profile info'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

Or...

1. Go to the "Profile" section within a chart. 

2. Toggle to "Family Info."

3. Click "Add new family members" to add a family member from scratch to Luminello. 

4. Enter the family member/parent/caregiver's information in the appropriate fields.

5. Scroll down to click on "Add" to add the family member information and send the invite to create a family portal account. 

6. To add a current patient/client as a family member for a chart, click "Add family members from your roster." 

7. Type in the patient/client name you want to add as a family member on the search bar and select it from the list. 

8. Click on "Add."
