I can't find my note, what do I do?

If you can't find your note, it could be one of the following scenarios.

The note was linked to an appointment with a different date 

1. The date displayed on the note will be the same as the appointment date. 

2. In the chart's "All Entries" section, you can see the date the note was signed. 


The note didn't save because of connection issues

1. If connection issues are present while composing a note, an alert will indicate that. This will result in the note not saving.


The note didn't save because too many browser tabs were open

1. The " auto-save" feature will be turned on in each browser tab. Composing a note using more than one tab may affect how the note is saved. In that case, the version history dropdown will allow you to retrieve the draft.


The note was not entered in Luminello

1. If you have another EMR or use another 3rd-party source to write your notes, like Word or Evernote, perhaps you wrote the note there. You should check it to rule it out.


The note was saved in a different chart

1. Check your other charts from that day. Considering your busy schedule, it could have been written in another chart.

2. Check other charts with a similar-sounding name.
