Can I set up a group/family video appointment in

Premium subscribers can initiate a three-way call. However, this feature is not available on their free plan. If the invitee has been added as a family member on the patient's/client's chart and a portal account created, both the patient/client and the invitee will be able to access through the link in the patient's/client's dashboard without having to schedule two appointments.
