How do I respond to a request for data deletion?
Here's how to respond to a request from one of your patients to get their data deleted:
- Export the patient's notes.
- Export the patient's financial records.
- Export the patient's e-prescribing data.
- Export the patient's demographic information.
- Once the steps above are completed, please contact our support team and request that your patient's data is deleted. Please provide the patient's chart ID.
