How can I allow or prevent my patients/clients access to export their health records practice-wide?

Follow the steps below to allow or prevent patients/clients from accessing their personal records practice-wide.

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Charts." 

2. Go to the "Settings," and toggle to "3rd Party Exports."

3. Click on the radio button next to ''On for All charts where permissions are enabled'' to allow your patients/clients to export their health records practice-wide.

Note: This setting needs to be enabled for patients/clients individually as well. Check out this article for step-by-step instructions.

Or...

3. Click "Off" to prevent access.
