How can I see my patients'/clients' phone number quickly?

Here's how you can see your patients'/clients' phone number quickly:

1. Go into a patient's chart through the ''Shortcuts'' menu on the home page by selecting ''Chart Dashboard'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown menu, as shown below: 

2. Here under the "All Entries" section you will be able to see your patient's phone number along with the diagnosis, active medications, allergies, etc.
