Why is the ''Video Appointment'' checkmark greyed out when I try to book a video appointment?

When attempting to book a video appointment, the "Video Appointment" checkbox may be greyed out for one of the following reasons. 

1. Your doxy.me URL is not set up on your account. Check out this article to learn how to set up your doxy.me integration in Luminello.

2. The patient/client you want to book a video appointment for has not yet created a portal account. Check out this article to learn how to invite a patient/client to create a portal account.
