Why do I need to update my patients' credit card information?

To continue to provide online safety to our users, and prevent fraud, we will be implementing one of the most widely used fraud prevention tools, called AVS checks on patients' card transactions.

Therefore, you will be prompted to update your patients' credit card details to include:

  • Address
  • ZIP code

The AVS check will cross-reference the address and ZIP code you added with the issuing bank's details to allow it to go through.
