Help! I can't download my e-lab result

Due to recent changes in how selected labs are transmitting lab results, certain lab results may not generate notifications. We are aware of the issue and actively investigating potential solutions. Read on to learn where you can go to view and download a patient's e-lab results.

1. Go to "Charts.'' 

2. Go to the "E-labs" drop-down and click on "Search All Results."3. Enter the patient's name and click on and click on "Search" to pull the results. If needed, you can use filters to narrow down your search 

4. Results will show based on the filter(s) selected. Double-click on the result you wish to review and download. 

5. The lab result will be displayed in PDF format. Click the "download" icon below to download the file to your hard drive.

6. Once your e-lab report is downloaded, you can upload it to your chart entries. Click on the "I want to..." drop-down, go to "Upload," and then "Lab."

6. Select the recently downloaded lab result from your computer files, and click on "Open."

7. The lab results will be uploaded to the chart's dashboard. To add this entry to the chart, click on "Add to chart" from the drop-down menu. 

Note: To view the PDF file within Luminello, click on the ''eye'' icon.
