I can't find a billing entry. What can I do?

Here are a few reasons why you may not be able to find a billing entry in Luminello.

Limited date filter

1. You may have a date filter, limiting the billing entries shown to you. 

2. You can remove the filter by clicking on the "X." 

3. To apply new filters, click on the "Filter List" drop-down, choose your filters and click on "Apply." 


Billing date vs. the date the card was charged

1. The billing date on a billing entry may differ from when the patient/client's card was charged for payment. Check your payment history in Payconex and confirm the date on the billing entry is the same as the payment date.
