Can a chart be deleted?

There is no way to delete a chart from your roster completely. However, you can archive it. 

Archiving a chart removes all notes, messages, and billing entries in that chart from the clinician's account. However, this is reversible by unarchiving the chart. To retain this data for a chart no longer in use, do not archive it - instead, set the chart to "inactive."
