How do I know if a patient has read my message?

Knowing when a patient has read your message or not has never been easier. The "Read" receipt feature lets you know when they have opened your message in Luminello. Read on to learn how. 

1. From your main dashboard, click on "Messages."

2. Go to "Sent Items." 

3. You will see a green checkmark and "Read" to confirm that the patient read your message.
