Why can't I send a message to all my patients/clients at once?

Due to the associated HIPAA issues, Luminello does not allow the ability to send a "broadcast" or "bcc" message to your whole practice. We do not offer it since there is no guarantee that there will never be an error resulting in a PHI breach. Depending on what you want to communicate, here's what you can do. 

• Update your portal dashboard message. 
• Add a special note to your email signature.
• Add a special note to your auto-responder message.
