How can I refund a charge done to a credit card in Luminello?
Here's how you can refund a charge done to a credit card in Luminello. If you need a partial refund, you must go through Payconex.
1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown.
1. Go to the "Billing" section within a chart, and toggle to "All Transactions." 2. Go to the drop-down menu next to the transaction you want to be refunded and click on "Refund." The billing history will be automatically updated.
