Q. Can I make "bill for notes" a default?

A. Yes! Just go to Charts>Settings, and then check the box next to "Bill for note by default".

Q: Can I create a superbill to send to my patient/client?

A: Yes, you can run a credit card transaction, or record a payment, and then create a statement that can be used as a superbill.

Q: Can my patients/clients create their own billing statements in their portal?

A: Yes, if you are a premium plan subscriber!  Just go to Practice>Settings, and check the box that applies to how you would like for your patients/clients to be able to create their own statements.

Q: How can I make sure my patients/clients know when I've added a transaction or payment to their account?

A: From the Billing>transactions area in the patient's/clients chart, simply check the box at the bottom called "Send transaction activity notification to patient/client" and they'll get a notification to check their billing history in their Luminello account.
