Here are some of the most frequently asked billing questions. 

Q: Can I make "bill for notes" a default setting?

A: Yes, you can enable "Record billing info" as a default from the Chart settings section. 

Q: Can I create a superbill to send to my patient/client?

A: Yes, you can create superbills and share them with your patients through the patient portal.

Q: Can my patients/clients create their own billing statements in the patient portal?

A: Yes, you can go to the patient portal permissions section, and enable the "Billing history" permission.

Q: How can I ensure my patients/clients know when I've added a transaction or payment to their account?

A: Go to the patient portal permissions section, and enable the "Send external notifications of billing activity" permission. The patient/client is notified to check their billing history in Luminello.
